How it works: You reserve your choice of a Hi Willow Whole Beef Share today with a non-refundable deposit. We hand select your beef from The Hi Willow Ranch here in Idaho to be processed for you at our next upcoming processing date (February or March). Once your beef is ready we will contact you for the remainder owed based on your final hang weight. Your frozen, vacuum-sealed beef will then be shipped or delivered based on your selection at check-out.

Pricing Your Beef: Your final price is determined by hang weight. The hang weight is the weight of the carcass immediately after slaughter. This weight is crucial as it determines the final cost of your beef share. You'll pay $5.50 per pound of hang weight, and your initial deposit will be deducted from this total. You'll then receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

On average, our whole beef hanging weight is around 660 lbs. The weight of beef that the customer gets after processing is typically 60% of the hang weight. That would be approximately 400 lbs. Weights will vary, as we finish them out until they meet our high standards for delivery to our customers.

Example: 700 lbs. x $5.50 = $3,850 + Idaho Sales Tax - Deposit = remainder owed

We offer local delivery within 30 miles of Iona, ID.
We will deliver to Salt Lake or Boise area with a delivery fee of $100.

Freezer Space: This Whole Beef will require approx. 21 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Packaging: All cuts are individually wrapped for long-term freezer storage.
